Shipping Policy

Ultimate Dog provides free expedited shipping to all US addresses for orders over $60. We also offer free domestic Canada shipping on orders over $90 CAD. 
Currently, we do not ship anywhere outside the US and Canada.

All Ultimate Dog products are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Whenever possible, orders are updated and customers are notified of tracking information via email.

Shipments to customers in the United States take 2-5 business days to arrive.

Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders are processed promptly, and once shipped, we are unable to modify the address or redirect the package. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, any resulting issues, including delivery to the wrong address or non-delivery, will be the responsibility of the customer. While we may attempt to assist by contacting the carrier to request a return to sender or other solutions, we cannot guarantee the success of these efforts, and additional costs may apply for reshipping.
